Project Management Fundamentals Online 02

The Project Management Fundamentals Online training is for Project Managers and anyone else who works in, or is planning to be involved in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and/or monitoring. It provides essential knowledge about the Project Life Cycle processes common to any endeavor -- economic enterprise, infrastructure, industrial product, social, others – as well as best practice methodologies, project management tools and techniques for their management.

  • Appreciate the value of a working-style personality test, and apply it to build effective project teams
  • Apply interrelated Tree and Log frame methodologies for identifying, scoping and planning projects
  • Apply several tools and techniques for systematically identifying, estimating and assessing the extent of project risks, and how to deal with them
  • Understand classic Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt Chart and Milestone techniques basics
  • Use Critical Path network diagramming to develop Project Implementation Plan schedules from a WBS
  • Monitor projects with Milestone and Critical Path Analysis
  • Appreciate the value of dedicated software programs to monitor projects
