PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP)® REVIEW

Online Training

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP demonstrates that you have the experience, education, and competency to lead and direct projects.

This PMP Review Online course offers terms, techniques, tips and other relevant information to prepare the participants in passing the PMP® Certification Examination based on the Sixth Edition of PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (PMBOK® Guide) book.  Specifically, participants will be prepared by highlighting important project management concepts and key information that can be expected on the test.  Participants will get many opportunities to apply their knowledge through practice exams and test questions.  By taking this test preparation course, participants will be equipped with the study materials that are useful in reconciling participant's approach to the exam with PMI's viewpoint and perspective on the examination.

This course is NOT designed to teach fundamental project management concepts.  Participants are expected to meet the PMP certification eligibility requirements so that the focus of the review class is on the testing aspects of the course which are directly tied to the PMBOK® Guide 6thEdition.
