In this fast-paced and global business environment, all organizations (be it in the private/commercial or public/non-profit sectors) are implementing initiatives and action plans through projects. This in turn made “project management” one of the most sought-after management skills worldwide. Most of the course will cover insights on the pertinent concepts and good practices of project management applicable in any project. The learning process during the training course will also be reinforced by the individual and team exercises to be conducted using tools and techniques that the participants can immediately apply in their respective workplaces.
